Pomegranate Molasses Production Line
Pomegranate molasses is classified as either molasses or a sauce in different countries. Technically part of the fruit molasses category, it follows the fresh-fruit molasses production process.
Open the product catalogueIncoming pomegranates undergo preparation to obtain mash. After filtration using methods selected for the process, the product is sent to the evaporator.
The prepared mash is boiled under vacuum at low temperatures in the evaporator until it reaches the required Brix. Pumps then transfer it to the filling line.
