Halva Unit
The halva production unit is a semi-continuous system comprising two sugar syrup boiling vessels and an automatic whipping mixer. Flowmeters control syrup intake, heating coils bring it to the required temperature, and automation adds ingredients at the appropriate time.
Open the product catalogueAfter boiling and cooling, syrup is transferred to the mixer vessel under positive pressure. Mixing speed and time are set through the automation system, whipping follows the programmed sequence, and the product is discharged automatically.
The twin-vessel arrangement allows fresh syrup to be prepared while whipping takes place, supporting uninterrupted, efficient production.
