Turbo Extractor

A machine used to obtain fruit pulp with a purée consistency after the fruit has been boiled.

Heated product enters the turbo extractor and passes through a closely positioned screen and blade assembly. Material passing through the screen moves towards the outlet, while material that cannot pass is discharged from below.
