Filling Machine

Volumetric machines use rear-mounted pistons operating on a servo-controlled suction and discharge principle, with filling measured entirely by volume. This system also allows products containing pieces to be filled. Filling accuracy is controlled by piston movement; however, piston capacity defines the machine's minimum and maximum operating limits.

In flowmeter machines, the product passes through a mesh-type flowmeter while the automation system measures the target fill quantity and opens or closes the nozzles accordingly. This technology provides high accuracy, particularly for fluid and viscous products. Each nozzle has an independent flowmeter, simplifying maintenance and repairs. Without a piston-capacity limit, a wider operating range is possible. It is not suitable for filling products containing pieces.
